Nepal faces China today

Nepal will take on China to reach the final of the ACC Women’s Cricket tournament on Tuesday. Nepal is winner of Group ‘B’, has got ten points form three matches it played. Nepal got four points in the match against Thailand, which, it won by 55 run. Likewise the tie match against the host Malaysia it earned two points. Likewise it got four more points form the seven-wicket victory against Hong Kong.
Going by the performance of these two teams so far Tuesday’s match might prove to be a good contest between Nepal’s bowling and China’s batting. Nepal has improved with each match especially bowling. In the last group match against Hong Kong Nepal restricted its extra to two runs. However, according to the Coach JungaBhadur Thapa, Nepal needs to improve its batting it reach the finals.
China on the other hand have done well with their bat but struggled with their bowling. Extras have been a problem with them. In the game against UAE they conceded 37 runs as extras. China runner up of group ‘A’ had lost a match against Bangladesh but won against Singapore and UAE.
