Neupane bags All Nepal Caddy Golf Championship

Kathmandu, March 9, NS report –
Prakash Neupane won the All Nepal Caddy Golf Championship at the Royal Nepal Golf Club on Monday. He carded eight-over 75 to lift the trophy.
Neupane, was nine over 42 at the turn, he came back strongly on the second half and shot one-under 33 to win the tournament by one stroke over fellow club mate Dibash Prajapati.
Neupane had four birdies on the sixth, 10th, 12th and 13th holes for which he bagged the most birdies award. Prajapati carded five-over 38 on each half for a total of nine-over 76.
Padam Magar came third at 79 ahead of fellow RNGC caddies Om Thakuri and Ramesh Adhikari, who finished tied fourth with 13-over 80. Gyanendra Raut of RNGC was sixth with the score of 81.
The top three winners received Rs 15,000, Rs 10,000 and Rs 8,000 respectively. The tied fourth players earned Rs 5,500 each, while sixth-placed caddie got Rs 4,000. Others in the top 25 also received prize money.
